Freshservice applies a named user license modle where each IT agent using the system is charged. Freshserivce is available in four plans - Blossom (19$), Garden (49$), Estate (79$), Forest (99$) billed annually. Additionally, users will also be charged for any IT assets (Laptop, Computer, IP printer, Switches) they automatically discover using the Freshservice discovery tools (Discivery Agent or Discovery Probe)


Freshservice has a "follow the sun" support model with 24 x 5 phone, chat and email & 24 x 7 chat and email support. We also have a rich knowledgebase for customers to self-serve through the articles


Freshservice is inherently easy to use and doesn't require extensive training. A basic product walkthrough can be accessed through our online Freshworks Academy. We also offer remote and in-person training for teams wherever required
